He brings deep cross-functional expertise spanning international trade, procurement, supply chain management, logistics, and strategic partnership development, consistently delivering solutions that optimize revenue while reducing operational costs.
He has demonstrated strong entrepreneurial and business development capabilities, including playing a key role in establishing the World Gastroenterology Institute, a state-of-the-art healthcare facility in India dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of digestive disorders. He also conceptualized and launched Endoscopy Guru, a pioneering global digital platform enabling doctors and surgeons to stream and learn from live endoscopic procedures.
Zak Eipe
Advisor to Board
Mr. Eipe is an entrepreneur and consultant with 50 years experience in the Middle East, India and Africa, specializing in the planning, development and implementation of oil and gas, fertilizer & petrochemical, natural resources, renewable energy, integrated steel and metallurgical projects. He has held senior level management positions such as Member of the Board, Managing Director, Resident Director and advisor to MNC’s such as Essar Global Limited, JSW, Lurgi GmbH and Salzgitter Stahl AG and sovereign wealth funds and governments.
He holds a degree in Industrial management from Metropolitan in the UK and has received extensive training in Petroleum Marketing Term Contracts and Petroleum Concessions and Acquisitions from BP, London and Project Financing specialization from Barclays Banks/ADNOC London.
Naveen Kapoor
Chief Sales Officer
Naveen Kapoor is an extensively experienced Metallurgical Engineer , with a B.E Hons in Metallurgy from PEC Chandigarh since 1993 and MBA in Marketing Management in 2000, With a demonstrated history of working and profitably managing the Flux, Refractory and Steel related products and Services in Industry. He has extensive skills in Metallurgical sciences, Business processes, Business planning, & Marketing Management, with over 30 years of all round Industrial experience, spanning Three years in Vardhman Special Steels, Six years with Foseco, Eighteen years with Stollberg (Later known as Imerys Steel Castings) and Five years in Vesuvius. He has extensively travelled in India, Iran, Middle East and South East Asia. Before joining ITE, he was managing business in GCC region
Eswaran Ramasamy
VP Production
Eswaran has more than 45 years experience in producing refractories. Having trained in the Okayama Refractory & Ceramic Research Foundation’s R&D center (Japan) and Krosaki Harima Corporation (Japan). He has also attended various international seminars and had technical collaboration and know-how transfer. He has a vast experience in manufacturing and application of refractories in steel, cement, aluminium and other industries. Previously handled complete operations of 24k MTPA monolithic and 100,000 MTPA magnesia carbon, alumina magnesia carbon and silicon carbide products. He has held various roles in production for companies like SAIL, IFGL, Ying Kou Orind (China), SKG, Vishva Vishal Engineering and Sharadaa Ceramic. He holds a Diploma in Ceramic Technology.
Veli Kara
Head of R&D and Production
Veli Kara is a materials science and engineering professional with extensive experience in refractory production, advanced materials, and steel industry applications. He has held leadership roles in global companies including Vesuvius, Calderys, and Kümaş, managing production, R&D, and technology transfer projects. With academic training from Drexel University and research experience at Texas A&M University, he combines strong scientific expertise with industrial process optimization. His work focuses on developing advanced refractory products, improving material performance, and enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability in heavy industries. Kara has also contributed to research in nanomaterials, energy storage, and materials characterization, with several publications and international conference presentations. He currently serves as Production Manager in Turkey and is open to global opportunities in materials engineering and industrial technology leadership.
Subir Bose
Head HPI and Application Services
Mr. Bose is a refractory specialist having served 25 years in the refractory Industry. Mr. Bose started his career in 1996 with Calderys (India) and since then has worked with multinational refractory companies such as Hartel (UAE), Cape (Bahrain), Calderys (Indonesia). He is a specialist in refractory design & engineering, material testing and inspection, refractory erection engineering and specialized in customized product development for specific market needs/end users such as Emirates Steel, EMAL, DUBAL, ALBA, Qatar Steel, Hadeed, Sohar Aluminium, Jindal Shadeed and Vale to name a few in the GCC.
He holds various certifications such as API 982, API 963, ISO 9000/2000 lead auditor, OHSAS 18001 risk assessment certificate, quality manager, project manager and training and development. He has done his B.Sc In Chemistry, B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and Diploma in Chemical Process Instrumentation. Mr. Bose is a member of the Institute of Refractory Engineers UK, API 936 Task Force Singapore and Indian Ceramic Society India. Mr. Bose has published 8 technical papers relating to the refractory Industry and he is well versed in English, Hindi, French, Indonesian and Japanese.
YASSER AL HASANI
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Yasser Al Hasani is a dynamic and creative Chief Administrative Officer with extensive experience of 20 years in delivering cost-effective and high-performance internal and customer-facing solutions in support of business growth. Industry experience includes public relations services, logistics expertise, consulting on government regulations and direct marketing industries. Adept at leading through collaboration, innovative thinking, and execution excellence, Mr.Yasser has thorough knowledge of legislation and policies that affect local government, including familiarity with municipal law, finance and labour relations.
